The beautiful restaurant conservatory provides stunning views overlooking Clearwater lake and the Lakeside Sun Terrace is perfect for soaking up some rays as you dine, or simply enjoy a drink.

The Lake View caravan has 3 bedrooms. Our master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a dressing table. The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room and also have their own wardrobe.

The Lake View caravan is really like home-away-from-home, with a fully equipped kitchen, meaning we have provided all of the dining plates, mugs and glasses that you need, even a bottle opener. We have stayed at many a holiday home where we haven’t had the basics so it’s important to us that our guests have the essentials.

We supply all bed linen but NO towels. Professional cleaning is done by our professional cleaner, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows and pillow cases are provided in all bedrooms and are freshly laundered before each arrival. If you wish to use the sofa bed then you will need to bring your own bed linen to use on that.

For fishing, day permits are available to purchase from reception and the lakes are just minutes away from the caravan.

The space

  • The Lake View caravan is a lovely van throughout.
  • It has double doors to the front opening to decking and a large open plan style living/kitchen and dining area.
  • This Lake View caravan has double glazing and also central heating.
  • The Lake View caravan has a modern feel with neutral tones throughout with little splashes of colour.
  • The Lounge has great seating arrangements whilst the kitchen offers great worktop and cupboard space.
  • The bedrooms are roomy and bright with good wardrobe space.
  • The main bathroom has a walk-in shower.
  • There is also a second toilet/washroom.
